將 radiusd 加入 root 群組
在 yum 自動 update 時,好像會將 shadow 的權限改回 640 ,所以還是將 radiusd 加入 root 群組,比較妥當

radtest 帳號 密碼 localhost 0 密碼
要 localhost 可以認証,記得修改 client.conf secret= 密碼
freeradius-3.0.13 後
sites-avaiable/default
大約在 393行 的 # unix 的 # 必須刪掉,否則無法用 shadow 認証
