IE 32位元 或 64位元
今天幫同事裝,筆硯文書系統時一直顯示只支援32位元系統,後來一查,原來同事工作列上的IE是64位元的,將其取消,改成32位元的就好了,32位元的可以從開始程式集裏面沒有註明64位元的就是,或是從 \Program File(x86)\Intenet Explore\iexplore.exe 執行
判斷 IE 是否 64位元 ,從 工具 => 關於Internet Explore 中判斷,如果有註明 64 位元,就是 64位元,否則是 32位元

公文系統也是只支援 32 位元
今天有位同事的公文系統在線上簽核時一直出現沒有權限,後來一查原來是在按裝元件時,安裝時自動開啟的 IE 是64位元,所以沒有安裝成功,必須檔案下載,再用32位元開啟安裝才可以
