phpMyAdmin中文亂碼
phpMyAdmin不知道在幾版後就算編碼方式設定在 UTF-8還big5，中文還是會出現亂碼的問題!!若是要在phpmyadmin正常顯示中文,只要改一下phpmyadmin的設定即可
設定檔：phpMyAdmin\libraries\select_lang.lib.php
/* 找到下面的這個變數 *
/ $mysql_charset_map = array(
/* UTF-8 */ 'utf-8′ => 'utf8′ 改成 'utf-8′ => 'latin1′
/* Big5 */ 'big5′ => 'big5′ 改成 'big5′ => 'latin1′
然後將 phpMyAdmin 使用 Language 改成 English 就可以了
