IIS 10 安裝 php + mysql 一直失敗,只能安裝 php7 + mysql 而無法安裝 php5 + mysql ,後來找到 web platform installe 只要先安裝這個 msi,在 IIS 的管理中就會有一個 platform 軟件,在用它安裝就可以了, 主要是 mysql 在 php7 中已經取消了,用mysqli 或 pdo_mysql 取代,為了不想改程序只好裝 php5
