- 帳號,密碼都一樣時 => 新增印表機 => 新增本機印表機 => 建立新的連結埠 => 選擇 Local Port => 輸入連結埠名稱 ( \\ip\分享名稱 ) => 選印表機 => OK
- 帳號,密碼不一樣時 => 在 控制台 => 網路和網際網路 => 網路和並用中心 =>進階共用設定
- 開啟網路探索
- 開啟檔案及印表機共用
- 關閉以密碼保護的共用(這樣非使用者才能共用印表機)
- 開啟電腦 => 點選左邊[網路] => 找到分享電腦 => 輸入使用者(帳號,密碼)勾選記住認証 => 選用分享印表機

某些情形工作端想用local port新增印表機時出現存取被拒 ,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Ports，新增字串值「\\電腦名稱\分享名稱」，
新增完成後在cmd下執行
net stop spooler
net start spoole
