<input id="button2" name="button2" type="submit" value="送出2" />
<input id="button3" name="button3" type="submit" value="送出3" />
按 button1只會送出 $_POST['button1']="送出1" 其它兩個 submit 不會送出
按 button2只會送出 $_POST['button2']="送出2" 其它兩個 submit 不會送出
按 button3只會送出 $_POST['button3']="送出3" 其它兩個 submit 不會送出
