Word 合併列印圖片及頁碼問題
合併列印圖片,首先必須將圖片存放的磁碟機路徑清楚表出,而且路徑必須用雙斜線表示 \\ 格式為「磁碟:\\資料夾\\檔案名稱（路徑必須以雙斜線表示），例如：D:\\104Drama\\1.jpg ,在 [插入]點選 [快速組件/功能變數]選擇 [IncludePicture] 確定後按 切換「切換功能變數代碼」,將游標移到 IncludePicture 後面,點選 [插入合併欄位/圖片路徑的欄位] 如下: {INCLUDEPICTURE "d:\\104drama\\jpg\\G222296929.jpg" \* MERGEFORMAT} ,後按 Alt+F9 切換為一般編輯就可以了,因為功能變數不會馬上更新,所以合併列印後要按 [全選] 或 Crtl+A 然後按 F9 執行功能變數的更新,圖片就會更新
合併列印的頁碼問題,合併列印的頁碼都是1,那是因為合併列印年資料是以 [節] 為單位,所以永遠是第 1 頁,更改的方式是插入頁碼,再按 Alt+F9 將功能變數的 Page 改成 Section 再按 Alt+F9 改回一般,再合併列印就可以了 如 : {PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT} 改成 {SECTION \* MERGEFORMAT}
