2. 用以下指令啟動 MySQL,以跳過檢查權限的資料表

3. 現在己經可以用空密碼進入 MySQL
mysql -u root
4. 進入 MySQL 後執行以下指令更改 mysql root 密碼:
mysql> update mysql.user set password=PASSWORD(」new_password」) where User=』root';
mysql> flush privileges;
mysql> quit
5. 最後只需重新啟動 MySQL,便可以用新設定的密碼進入了。

a chair, or a weight bench. Start by standing with your right side facing towards the bench.
The arms should be in front. The right foot should first be placed on the bench.
Once the foot is on the floor, the other should be placed on top
of the body. The same should be repeated with the other leg as well.
With this method, a cable machine is used, to strengthen the outer hips and thighs.
An ankle cuff should then be attached to this setting.
It should be attached at the lower right leg. The person should position himself with his left
arm facing the weight stack. This is done by lying
on the floor in side position, where the patient should lie on his right side with his legs
stacked. The left leg should be lifted at a 45 degree angle and should be held at the same position for some seconds.
Then, the leg should slowly be lowered and the same should be repeated 10-12 times.
The same should be done on the other side of the body as well.
These exercises will be of great use to patients, who want to straighten knock knees.
